YenTing Lo is a jazz singer, songwriter, arranger, producer and cross-media creator. Born and raised in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, YenTing Lo received her first bachelor degree in Industrial Design before she went studying Jazz Music in Amsterdam in 2015. She lived in The Netherlands for 6 years, graduated from the Conservatory of Amsterdam, and has now moved back to Taiwan as her new base since 2021.In October 2019, YenTing released her first album 'Epiphyllum' that contains songs fully written, arranged and produced by herself. Next year, YenTing released 'The 13th Heron', an album in collaboration with the Polish guitarist Mateusz Pulawski, in her interest to challenge herself in a different composition style and musical setting with the theme of space travel. Together, 'Epiphyllum' and 'The 13th Heron' have received several nominations in the Golden Indie Music Awards and have won the Best Jazz Album and the Best Jazz Tune awards.In 2018, YenTing Lo embarked on the interactive music album, the 'Off-Score Project', as the producer and one of the game designers, with the goal of creating a different music-listening experience with music and games together. Co-financed by the Creative Industries Fund NL, two interactive tracks, Copy Machine and Elephants Remember, have been released and recognized by the Art For My Ears award from the IndieDevDay.es 2020 as well as being selected to showcase in A MAZE Berlin Open Screens 2020 and 2021.
