This collection includes 9 short stories about why and how people have stuck in their life, and determine to turn to doing yoga for help.

“Yoga” means to connect, to unite the self. When people do yoga, they find a way out to heal their mind and soul.

Chapter: Yoga Fancy Mom

As an active and ageless mom, she concentrates on her yoga practice after retirement; however, her family relationship is fragile and vulnerable. Her adult son was diagnosed with depression and Asperger's Syndrome in adolescence. Her husband had a feeling that his life has been stuck after retirement. In order to mend fences with her family, she turns to Yoga for help.

Chapter: Way Out

Phoebe has suffered from depression since the age of 17. To find a way out, she went to India for 9-day silence retreat and workshop. By doing Yoga regularly with her guru Swami Ritavan and writing diary, she succeeded in healing herself.
