eVENT gUIDELINES

為維護活動品質，請於參觀時遵守以下事項：

• No smoking, food and drink in the Performance Hall.
• Wearing a mask throughout the session is recommended.
• Please go to the Accupass website to register and obtain the Entry Code.
• Please check in at least 20 minutes before the session. If you wish to enter the Performance Hall after the session starts, please wait at the front desk and follow the instructions of our staff.
• Two-way simultaneous interpretation in Chinese and English will be provided in certain sessions. If you need the interpretation equipment, please contact the front desk.
• The Slido, an online audience interactive service, will be used during the Q&A session. QR Code will be provided on-site for the audience.
• Photography and video recording are not allowed during the sessions.
